Before you book
What is the minimum stay?
30 days. You can book one, two or three months, or the full season from November to May.
Are the residences furnished?
Yes. All four are fully furnished and prepared for long seasonal stays: linens, kitchenware and Wi-Fi are ready when you arrive.
How do the deposit and cancellation work?
A deposit holds your dates and the balance is due before arrival. Cancellation terms are written into your rental agreement, and Olga walks you through them before you sign.
Are taxes included?
Rates are shown before tax. Florida sales tax and the Sarasota County tourist tax apply to stays of six months or less. Cleaning, association and optional club membership fees may apply. You get the complete cost before you book.
Can I bring a pet?
Ask Olga. It depends on the residence and community rules, so mention your pet in the form.
Can I play golf at the club?
Golf membership options may be available depending on the residence and your stay. Ask us for current details.
Can I book before the final photos are ready?
Yes. Send your dates and Olga will share current photos, residence details and a video tour as soon as they're available.
Is a golf cart included?
A golf cart can be rented for your stay. Let us know in the form and we'll quote it.
Do you offer airport transfer?
Yes, on request, from Sarasota (SRQ) and Fort Myers (RSW).
Is cleaning included?
The residence is professionally cleaned before you arrive. A one-time departure cleaning fee applies; mid-stay cleaning can be arranged.
